Futuro Health students who join Service Employees International Union-United Healthcare Workers West’s (SEIU-UHW’s) Healthcare Justice Division will be part of a community of more than 97,000 healthcare workers and patients united to make sure that everyone has access to affordable, high-quality care provided by valued and respected caregivers. Healthcare Justice Division members have worked with healthcare workers to challenge hospitals and dialysis clinics to improve patient care. We even fought to create Futuro Health to train a new generation of caregivers in our state that reflects the patient population here in California.
